You may cancel your Oasly subscription at any time by sending written notice to support@oasly.es with your name and order number.

Within 14 days

If you cancel within 14 calendar days of installation you receive a full refund and no early-termination amount is payable.

After the withdrawal period

A notice period of two (2) months applies, so that collection of the device can be scheduled. Your subscription remains active and payable during the notice period. Once notice is received we contact you to arrange collection.

Early termination

The device and its installation are supplied at no upfront cost and that cost is recovered over the term of the subscription. Where cancellation takes effect before the end of the twelfth month from activation, we may charge a one-off early-termination amount of EUR 75.00 as compensation for the unamortised cost of installation.

This amount is not a deposit and is not payable at activation. It is not charged where you cancel within the 14-day withdrawal period, where cancellation is due to our breach, or where the device is defective. It represents a genuine pre-estimate of our unrecovered installation cost and is not a penalty.

Moving home

Relocation to a new address within the subscription area (Barcelona postal codes 08001–08042) is carried out by us at no charge during an active subscription. Relocation outside that area is not available; you may cancel on the notice above instead.
