Refund and Returns Policy — aligned with the Oasly Terms and Conditions of Supply and Service.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from any order within 14 calendar days of delivery, or of installation where installation is included, by sending us an unequivocal statement. We refund all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed. Where a device has already been installed, we arrange collection. No early-termination amount is payable on withdrawal.

Subscriptions

After the withdrawal period, a subscription may be cancelled at any time on two (2) months' written notice to support@oasly.es, so that collection of the device can be scheduled. The subscription remains active and payable during the notice period.

The device and its installation are supplied at no upfront cost and that cost is recovered over the term. Where a subscription terminates with effect before the end of the twelfth month from activation, we may charge a one-off early-termination amount of EUR 75.00 as compensation for the unamortised cost of installation. This amount is not a deposit, is not payable at activation, and is not charged where you withdraw within the 14-day period, where termination is due to our breach, or where the device is defective.

Purchased devices

A purchased device may be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in resaleable condition, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory right of withdrawal above. The statutory two-year conformity guarantee under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 is unaffected.

Filters and consumables

Consumables are non-refundable once opened or used.

How to request a return or cancellation

E-mail support@oasly.es with your order number. We confirm within one business day. For subscription customers in Barcelona we then coordinate a collection appointment.
